Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms govern your purchase of document-drafting services from CommissionStack LLC, doing business as Second Appeal ("Second Appeal," "we," "us"). Placing an order means you accept them.

  1. What we do. Second Appeal writes draft appeal documents, corrective action plans, and evidence checklists from the information you give us. We are a writing and document-preparation service. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, we do not represent you, and we do not contact any platform on your behalf.
  2. What you do. You submit your own appeal through the platform's official process. You never give us your account login, and we never access, operate, or submit anything inside your account. You confirm that everything you tell us is true and complete and that the account in question is yours.
  3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  4. Ordering and delivery. Orders are placed through our checkout. Drafts are delivered by email to the address on your order within the turnaround shown at checkout. The turnaround clock starts when your intake is complete, not when you pay. Missing information pauses the clock until we receive it.
  5. No guarantee of outcome. The platform alone decides whether to reinstate an account, reverse a penalty, or respond at all. We do not guarantee reinstatement, a response, a timeline, or any result. Any example of a past outcome is illustrative and does not predict yours.
  6. Revisions. One revision within 7 days of delivery, limited to the same deactivation or suspension event.
  7. Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
  8. Cases we decline. We may decline or cancel any order with a full refund of unused fees, including cases involving safety incidents, violence, threats, fraud, identity misuse, or any request to include a statement we have reason to believe is untrue. We will not draft false statements.
  9. Your content and our work product. You keep ownership of what you give us. On full payment you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered draft for your own appeal. Our templates, checklists, and processes remain ours and may not be resold or redistributed.
  10. Acceptable use. No impersonation, no use of the service to deceive any platform, no automated or bulk submissions, no resale of drafts.
  11. Independence. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any platform we write about. Platform names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the service.
  12. Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  13. Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for lost income, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages, including any loss arising from the loss or suspension of a platform account.
  14. Indemnification. You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from false or incomplete information you provided or from your misuse of the service or the drafts.
  15. Governing law and disputes. Texas law governs these terms. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Young County, Texas, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.
  16. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
