Privacy Policy
This policy covers secondappeal.com and the services of CommissionStack LLC, doing business as Second Appeal.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, the platform involved, the deactivation or suspension notice you upload, the facts and evidence you describe, and any files you choose to attach.
- Payment: card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers. We receive the amount, a transaction id, and the last four digits.
- Automatically: basic site analytics (pages visited, device type, referring page) and server logs that include IP addresses. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Do not send us government ID numbers or images, Social Security numbers, passwords or account logins, or full background-check reports beyond the specific item you are disputing. If we receive these, we delete them.
How we use it
To draft your documents, deliver them, support you, prevent fraud, and improve our templates using de-identified outcome data (platform, reason category, result). We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with any platform.

Retention. Case files, uploads, and drafts are deleted 90 days after delivery. Order records (name, email, amount, dates) are kept for 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. De-identified outcome data is kept indefinitely.
Security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who draft your case. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices. Email support@secondappeal.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion. We respond within 30 days. Residents of California, Texas, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which you can exercise by email.
Age. The service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes. Updates are posted here with a new effective date. Material changes are emailed to customers with open orders or active subscriptions.
